Tour overview
The classic Sahara escape: Atlas passes, a UNESCO kasbah, two gorges and a night under the stars in Erg Chebbi. This is a fully private 3-day journey starting in Marrakech, with your own vehicle and driver: you travel only with your group, at your own pace.
Day-by-day itinerary
- Day 1
Marrakech → Dades Valley
Cross the High Atlas over the Tizi n'Tichka pass, explore the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, continue through Ouarzazate and the Valley of Roses. Dinner and night in the Dades Valley.
- Day 2
Dades → Merzouga
Walk inside the towering Todra Gorge, then drive past palm groves to the Erg Chebbi dunes. Camel ride at sunset to the desert camp, Berber dinner and music by the fire.
- Day 3
Merzouga → Marrakech
Sunrise over the dunes, breakfast at camp, then the long scenic drive back to Marrakech via Ouarzazate. Arrival in the evening.
