Tour overview
Cross Morocco from north to south: cedar forests, the Ziz palm valley, a desert night and the kasbah road to Marrakech. This is a fully private 3-day journey starting in Fes, with your own vehicle and driver: you travel only with your group, at your own pace.
Day-by-day itinerary
- Day 1
Fes → Merzouga
Ifrane and the cedar forest (Barbary macaques), lunch stop in Midelt, the Ziz Valley palm groves. Camel ride at sunset and night in the desert camp.
- Day 2
Merzouga → Dades
Sunrise over the dunes, Rissani market, the Todra Gorge, then on to the Dades Valley for the night.
- Day 3
Dades → Marrakech via the Valley of Roses, Ouarzazate, Ait Ben Haddou and the High Atlas
Drop-off at your riad in Marrakech.
